1. Payment + Refund Policy

All services offered by Lisa DiVito are prepaid. Payment is required in full before any work begins or any strategy call is scheduled.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: dissatisfaction with deliverables, change of mind, business closure, or failure to implement the strategy provided.

2. Cancellation + No-Show Policy

No-shows — If you do not attend your scheduled call without prior notice, your session is forfeited. No refund or credit will be issued.

Cancellations within 24 hours — If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled call, 50% of your session fee is non-refundable. The remaining 50% may be applied toward a rescheduled session within 30 days.

Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice — You may reschedule at no additional charge. No refunds will be issued. Payment will be applied to a future session scheduled within 60 days.

3. Proprietary Information + Intellectual Property

All strategy documents, brand blueprints, digital playbooks, messaging frameworks, content plans, and any other deliverables created by Lisa DiVito are proprietary and protected under United States copyright law.

By purchasing any service, you agree to the following:

— All work product delivered to you is for your personal business use only and may not be reproduced, copied, shared, distributed, resold, or repurposed in any form without prior written consent from Lisa DiVito.

— You may not share deliverables with third parties, including but not limited to: other consultants, competitors, or individuals not directly associated with your business.

— You may not use any portion of the work product to create derivative works, courses, templates, or services of your own without explicit written permission from Lisa DiVito.

— Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of proprietary deliverables will be considered a violation of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

4. Confidentiality

Lisa DiVito will keep all information shared during the engagement that is including business details, financials, strategy discussions, and personal information, strictly confidential and will not share it with any third party without your explicit consent.

In return, you agree to keep all proprietary methods, frameworks, and strategic approaches shared during your engagement confidential and not disclose them to others.

5. Scope of Services

All deliverables are clearly outlined at the time of purchase. Any work outside the agreed scope will be quoted and invoiced separately. Lisa DiVito reserves the right to decline additional work requests that fall outside the original agreement.

6. Results Disclaimer

Lisa DiVito provides brand strategy and marketing guidance based on 20+ years of professional experience. While every effort is made to deliver actionable and effective strategy, results are not guaranteed. Business outcomes depend on many factors outside of Lisa DiVito's control, including implementation, market conditions, and business decisions made by the client.

7. Agreement

By purchasing any service from Lisa DiVito, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
